In 1995, Elsie S. Bellows donated a generous charitable fund to UCP - National to provide assistive technology devices to individuals with disabilities in financial need.  The annual income generated from the Bellows Fund is disbursed exclusively through UCP affiliates to purchase assistive technology equipment for individuals with disabilities.

UCP of Minnesota is proud to provide grants to purchase assistive technology for Minnesota residents with cerebral palsy (children and adults) to improve independence and quality of daily living.  Grants may be offered up to $500.
