UCP of Minnesota is a member of the Minnesota Consortium of Citizens with Disabilities (MN-CCD).  The MN-CCD is a consortium of over 100 Minnesota agencies and service providers dedicated to improving the quality of life through public policy for all Minnesotans with disabilities.

Through the work of MN-CCD we are able to provide advocacy at the legislative level on behalf of people with disabilities and their families on issues that will affect their quality of life.

We are also able to assist adults with disabilties in learning to be effective self-advocates.
